The development on Viktoriastraße creates an urban building block that combines residential, commercial, and public functions within a dense inner-city context. The project responds to the demands of contemporary urban development and offers a clear architectural solution to redensification and mixed-use development.
The buildings integrate into the existing structure and, through their placement, define new spatial boundaries as well as clearly legible urban spaces. The ground-floor zones, in particular, play a central role: they activate the street space, create transitions between public and private areas, and contribute to the revitalization of the neighborhood. This creates a nuanced fabric of passageways, gathering areas, and entrances that define the building’s identity.
The architecture is characterized by a precise facade structure and a balanced sense of scale. Balconies, recesses, and staggered building volumes create a lively appearance while simultaneously offering high-quality outdoor spaces for users. The combination of a clear structure and nuanced details creates a dynamic interplay between order and diversity.
Inside, modern living and working spaces are being created that prioritize flexibility and quality. Open floor plans, abundant natural light, and clear spatial sequences allow for a variety of uses and support contemporary lifestyles and work styles. The interiors are deliberately designed with restraint to ensure high adaptability and long-term usability.
