The Delbrückstraße - living in the midst of historical splendor

The Delbrückstraße is considered one of the most beautiful streets of the imperial baths and houses an impressive collection of historic villas. In times past, it was home to influential personalities such as bankers and industrialists from Berlin, who built their summer residences here. Today, Delbrückstrasse is a quiet residential area just a few hundred meters from the center of Heringsdorf with its shops and restaurants. The wide sandy beach is only 300 meters away, while the back of the villa is protected by a slope towards Goethe Park.

Imperial residency in Heringsdorf

Heringsdorf, the largest of the famous imperial spas on Usedom, impresses with its architecture from the imperial era and its unique villa development. At 508 meters, the Heringsdorf pier is the longest on the German Baltic Sea coast. Usedom is one of the sunniest regions in Germany and, in addition to the beautiful beaches, also offers sights such as the Usedom treetop path and the Bansin tropical house.

Modern quality of living in a historic ambience

When renovating Villa Ikarus, the focus is on preserving the historic character, while the living environment is designed in a modern and contemporary way. While the outer facade, staircase and doors retain the charm of yesteryear, the interiors are of the highest standard with state-of-the-art kitchens and bathrooms. The equipment is of the highest quality, from real wooden parquet floors to fireplaces and fully equipped kitchens with Gaggenau appliances. Each apartment also has individual wellness bathrooms with their own Effegibi saunas and steam baths. The apartments are designed in a variety of ways and offer large living spaces with stately terraces facing Delbrückstraße, private retreats facing Goethe Park and ultra-modern penthouse apartments with a wonderful view.
